Collaboration Practices and Attitudes for Students in Cyber Charter Classrooms

Abstract
This study explores the attitudes of middle school students enrolled in a cyber charter science course. It aims to add student-centered research to a somewhat new field in the educational landscape. Cyber charter schools are rapidly increasing in popularity, yet their current success in creating a well-rounded and educated student body is relatively unknown. Through data analyzed from a student survey, it was found that there is much room for improvement in creating positive peer-to-peer interactions in this online environment.
