Abstract
Web 2.0 affordances have changed the landscape of technology use for learning, knowledge construction, and collaboration. Social bookmarking, enabled by one of the Web 2.0 technologies termed tagging, can be employed to support the organization of information and resources on the web, and to make sharing among colleagues easy. In this presentation, we will share our experience in introducing the social bookmarking tool to educators in a web-based technology integration course, and what we learned about the practicality and usability of social tagging for educators.
