Abstract
What happens when similar-thinking faculty provide a "shared intelligence" to create a new program? How is knowledge building impacted when it is designed to be technology mediated? This panel presentation brings faculty from a southwestern university that originally worked together to conceptualize, design, develop, implement, assess, and take to accreditation an online masters program. While some of the faculty have moved on to different jobs, they remain connected through the ideas that represent the discussed program.
