Abstract
The aim of this study is to evaluate the pilot study of teacher training through e-learning. Therefore, the fifth book is selected from the series of books titled "I am a Humanbeing: Education on Human Rights for Primary School". The pilot study will be carried out for 5th grade on the topic named "I am Human: I am free and I have rights". The activities within the book have already been transformed to the web and will be applied to a group of in-service teachers. After the group receive e-learning, the effectiveness of the training and the material will be evaluated via interactive tests on web and questionnaires. The opinions of in-service teachers on e-learning and the material will also be collected through semi-structured interviews. It is hoped that this study will prove the facilities of technology-based education and thus will open the path for future studies made in Turkey on e-learning.
