Abstract
This paper describes an ongoing project about e-Mentoring as part of an e-Learning implementation project. As a complement to an e-educational value chain, e-Mentoring provides a way to transport knowledge from experienced mentors to mentees in an interpersonal relationship to establish the culture of a lifelong learning process. The main goal is to implement a durable mentoring culture in the context of teaching and learning in the university.
