Abstract
This paper presents a proposal for open Universities based on Neomillennial Learning Styles and Mobile Learning supported by Multi-Agent Systems (alphaUni) and Ubiquitous Computing. Open Universities' infrastructure, design, methodology, implementation, models for communication, as well as inter-disciplinary exchanges are discussed. The propositions are built on existing suggestions regarding approaches and systems and are available at the present time, focusing on providing an environment where the learners feel safe to unfold their full potential. The proposal draws on existed propositions such as the multi-agent based approaches Gaia and PARADIGMA as well as Agent Argumentation Based Negotiation.
