Abstract
This paper and presentation describe the impact of Preparing Tomorrow's Teachers to Use Technology (PT3) programs at the University of Vermont (UVM) and the continuing PT3 influence at UVM and four additional Vermont teacher preparation programs anticipated over the next three years. Features of UVM's first grant, titled Technology FEAT (from entry to adaptation to transformation), will be explained to illustrate the evolution of a new grant award, The Electronic Portfolio Connection, received October, 2003.
