Abstract
Abstract: Nowadays the Internet had become a suitable way to encourage learning where the principal actor is the student. However, achieving the educational objectives using this new media is not easy, it is necessary to have new tools that support the learning process and help to improve the management of the instructor in order to offer a variety of educative materials. In this way, it is necessary to share an integrated tool as a Web Browser that support not only the instructors but also the children in the personalized educational and learning process of the school with an induction controlled to the Internet during their habitual classes.
