Abstract

Describes school-district compliance requirements for two recently enacted federal laws designed to protect children from obscene, pornographic, or harmful materials available on the Internet: Children's Internet Protection Act and Neighborhood Children's Internet Protection Act. District eligibility for federal funds, including the E-rate discount, is tied to compliance. (PKP)
