Abstract

The rationale for this study is to support and encourage e-education through the design, development and implementation of computers connected to networks applications and information communication technology-use. It is to find appropriate ways of institutionalising the use of technologies and technology-supported approaches to teaching-learning process e-education at higher education (HE) in West African (W/A) countries that will prepare the way forward for the for a West African Digital University (WADU). This paper focuses on regional integration of W/A countries through electronic/export of HE towards promoting culture of peace and tolerance in post-conflict situations in W/A.
