Abstract

This study attempts to examine the effects of implementing the flipped classroom strategy for the in-service graduate students on their learning outcomes and attitudes. The results indicated that in-service students were satisfied with the flipped classroom strategy and has significantly positive attitude toward instruction than the lecture group (p <.05), but no significant difference was found in the achievement test. This study can provide preliminary guidelines to university teachers in course design. Some implications and suggestions for future work are further discussed.
