IP Range Guidelines
LearnTechLib aims to be as useful as possible for our subscribers. For this reason, we do not limit the number of IP ranges you can use for your institution. We only ask that you limit your ranges to those used exclusively by your university's campus, as well as proxy servers or other remotely accessed servers with secure staff/student access. For cases where IPs might be shared with another campus (for example, a satellite campus or study abroad programs), we recommend you provide access to those students via a proxy server.
If one of your ranges overlaps with those of another institution, we may need to remove it, so please make sure the ranges are exclusive to your library or institution.

With each institutional subscription to LearnTechLib, a library in a developing country receives a LearnTechLib subscription. The sponsoring institution may choose either the recipient country or a specific institutional library, or one will be selected by the LearnTechLib Ambassadors consisting of university librarians and faculty.
As a non-profit organization, LearnTechLib answers only to you, the customer, and puts subscribers first. We are budget conscious, not profit driven therefore strive to keep rates low and affordable so institutions of all sizes and budgets can participate.
