Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate student perceptions of using wikis to support project-based learning in online environments. Twenty-two students enrolled in an online course participated in the study. Students did not report positively on their uses of wikis, which may be due to the reason that the wiki features were not fully explored by the participants. Strategies for better using wikis to support project-based learning were suggested.
