Abstract

Collaborative problems solving has been suggested as a way of improving students’ statistics learning. However, it needs an effective computer-supported collaborative learning approach and its associated computer-mediated learning environment in order to facilitate problem solving ability through collaborative learning. The paper presented work-in-progress on designing and developing a Collaborative Problem Posing and Solving Learning System (CPPSLS) to support collaborative problems solving with computer-supported cooperation script in statistics learning. The design rational of the CPPSLS and its features were described in the paper.
