When digital storytelling is combined with interactive technology. A new form of learning for children is born. To design an interactive digital story is an integration of story design, visual design, conceptual model definition, programming and interactive design. With interaction technology, stories won’t be imagination only. The stories become playable, touchable and communicative. The design process of interactive digital stories with tangible user interfaces B briefly discussed in this paper. It is observed that the storytelling with game-like interaction and multimedia content can give the children more stimulation and richer thinking. The storytelling and teachers felt that the new interactive technology for learning and storytelling is a trend in the future.
