Abstract

This article discusses how I used constructivist theory to enhancing online interactive learning in an online graduate educational research course in the fall semester of 2003. The article includes the four major components: (1) background Information about the course; (2) the individualized online instructional and learning strategies; (3) a focus on constructivist online instructional and learning strategies; and (4) learners' attitudes and outcomes in the course. The quantitative and qualitative results of the students' positive learning performances and evaluations indicate that constructivist strategies will have significant implications for future online courses.
