Abstract
In the age of Web 2.0, wiki books are a new tool for teachers to use in collaboration with their students. Teachers are going to need an impartial system to evaluate wiki book projects. Assessment is an important aspect of teaching and learning systems. The paper will starts with a brief review of how wikis are currently being assessed in secondary schools and higher education, then followed by discussions of implications and some possible alternatives.
