Abstract

This paper addresses the globalization of e-learning. Different markets with a diversity of cultures are emerging to use more technology for their learning needs. One particular aspect of this paper is the need for technological advances in e-learning to take into account the different cultures of the individuals using the e-learning technology tools. Suggestions are given throughout the paper to better improve e-learning with different cultures. These suggestions can be used to direct future research.
