Abstract

The French Military Joint Health Service must provide in any circumstances the best health support to the French Army as keeping a high level of competences for all employees is a priority. To provide for these needs, different training courses are managed by several educational institutions such as military, health care and higher education entities. This situation creates quite a lot of complexity and variety in the training offers from one service to another. The question emerging from this project has been to determine how a better use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) could harmonize our training offer and provide in any circumstances the best and more updated skills to our colleagues on the military fields. The prototype built to test this solution, manage a harmonized training course on line, provided by all the different services, about the blood collection and transfusion in operational foreign missions.
