Abstract

In this paper, we would like to discuss the XML Web Services, which integrates different systems and applications into one comprehensive system. The XML Web Services creates connections among different entities such as corporations, governmental bodies, and CSO(Civil Society Organization), and enables the Adaptive Collaboration (AC) which is essential to promptly meet the increasingly diverse needs and kaleidoscopic changes in economy. The AC is critical in the Ubiquitous Society where constant improvements of business processes and collaboration with both existing and new systems are required. We would like to propose the advanced application of the XML Web Services based on the AC which would enable a variety of organizations to collaborate with each other on the Internet, and ultimately increase their productivity and efficiency.
