Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present a case study of integrating peer evaluation of teaching and student evaluation for an online college course teaching. A peer evaluation of teaching conjunct with students' evaluation is conducted. Lesson learned and recommendations from this study are reported for future implementation of peer evaluation of teaching and student evaluation for online courses.
