Negative views stress the shallowness of information processing, the continuous distraction possibilities and changes in language and behavior. On the positive site new forms of communication, possibilities to exchange and curate knowledge are often highlighted…. This panel focuses on the state of the art knowledge in this discussion? What is proven and true, what is still a speculation and what to expect in the future?
