Abstract

In this panel, presenters and the audience will exchange ideas about issues relating to Common Core State Standards and college/career readiness. Forty-five states, the District of Columbia, four territories, and the Department of Defense Education Activity have adopted the Common Core State Standards (CC). The participants will also discuss how each state is planning its implementation strategies of CC and how higher education agencies are partnering with school divisions in preparing teachers.
