Abstract

In the present paper, we propose a postmortem support tool for project-based learning (PBL) applied to the training of embedded software development. The authors have been conducting research in an attempt to implement e-Learning technology for PBL. The purpose of the present study is to improve the learning effects and operation efficiency of PBL. Analysis of the activity log and a questionnaire survey in actual PBL sessions have been performed, and learners were found to require macroscopic information, such as the difference between the schedule and the actual progress. Based on this finding, a postmortem support tool is proposed herein.
