The study aimed to create and develop a web-based learning on global warming for Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) learners. And also determine the effects of animated agents with sign language in Web Based Instruction (WBI). The presence of sign language animated agent in WBI can improve DHH students’ scientific achievement and attitudes toward natural science and computers. Designers and developers of WBI can use these findings to better design, develop, and implement a web-based tutorial that promotes positive attitudes toward learning and long-term scientific achievement in postsecondary science for DHH learners.
