Abstract

It seems that computer-based-instruction has been a dated topic. However, the idea of using a computer based instruction program can be expended to the application of a re-usable program in the context of Web 2.0 or e-Learning 2.0. This paper will present (a) the design of Web-delivered multimedia learning applications, using authoring tools and Web editors; and (b) the ideas and the author’s initial experiences of using these Web-based self-learning programs as Web 2.0 application and tools for e-learning 2.0.
