International Distance Learning and Student's Overloading

Countries of Pacific Rim have striking social and cultural differences, which destabilize the security of the region. Education through distance learning is the best peaceful way of resolving these differences. However before constructed a single educational system, based on distance learning, we have to be sure that students from different countries will not overwork since they predominantly study through computer. Furthermore distance learning is experienced the physiological and psychological factors which are different for white and yellow students. Our comparative study focused on speed of thinking and time of student's perception for training material, which includes in any portion of training material. We use a quantitative method to calculate the characteristics of information contained in the same portion (Gnitetskaya,2006). Study is divided on two parts. This paper-first part-is dedicated to a theory. An experiment, we will provide in selected Pacific Rim countries with physical department university students next year.
