Abstract

The aim of this study is to present an online training program. This project was designed with the cooperation of Middle East Technical University (METU) and Police Department in Turkey. The aim of the project was to provide in-service training for chief superintendents and 3rd rank commissioners. 998 chief superintendents and 99 3rd rank commissioners from all around the country have attended to the in-service training program. The project was a good practice in terms of being a collaborative work between Police Academy and METU, and linking academic knowledge with practical use.
