Abstract

PT3 has systematically changed the way University of Toledo prepares pre-service teachers and faculty to use technology in the classroom. This presentation explores the needs and demands of urban school teachers on how to integrate technology in the classroom. The study employed mixed methods by collecting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data. Additionally, teachers were asked a few background demographic questions before they were surveyed as to the types of technology they use in classroom teaching.
