Transforming the culture of teacher education programs to include meaningful use of technology is a demanding and complex undertaking. The PT3 project at the University of Colorado at Boulder, School of Education is focused on developing critical dispositions toward technology integration, so that our faculty and students understand how, when, and why to use technology for teaching and learning. Particular technologies should be driven by and matched to specific pedagogical goals. One-on-one Collaboratives encourage faculty to define for themselves meaningful technology integration in terms of their pedagogical style and content area. Analysis into the use of Microsoft PowerPoint provides interesting and important insights into our faculty/instructors perceptions of technology integration. A spectrum of developing dispositions is evident amongst our faculty and provides valuable information on how technology is used in our teacher education courses.
