The study addressed the critical issues of how professional development efforts should be evaluated, what counts as evidence of effectiveness, and where to look for it. Both longitudinal qualitative and quantitative data are used. The study was conducted on an innovative technology professional development effort in an urban public school in Michigan. We will present the evaluation framework and multimedia artifacts during the session.
