Abstract

This presentation will discuss the steps taken at Penn State Harrisburg to ensure our online and hybrid courses are optimized for accessibility. Markedly, we will discuss how the team members collaborate with the course author to implement accessibility standards as the course is being developed. Also, we will share two examples of initial deliverables from the author which an instructional designer has edited to include accessibility considerations.

We will give participants our accessibility checklist as they enter the presentation for reference and as a takeaway.
