The distance of individual differences between the learners in the educational environment enhances in this ultra-fast technological era. The enhanced distance is affecting the teacher and students negatively in the classroom. When the students are becoming more individual help seeker, the teacher won’t be sufficient for all students’ needs. Thus, a tutor that is human or computer-based is required by the students. Mostly, a human tutor can be very expensive and unavailable for all students. This paper focuses on Adaptive Learning Technologies particularly the Intelligent Tutoring System since the system is the most advanced type of adaptive learning technologies to personalize learning environment for individuals’ specific needs and wishes.
