Sample activities using cooperative learning strategies, including discussion topics, group research, and peer reviews will be presented. Special emphasis will be given to the creation of teams, providing experiences for team members to get to know one another, social interactions, mentoring and facilitating groups, and dealing with the special problems that arise when working with groups.
