Abstract

This paper examines transformation tactics to address the challenges in instructional design, course content, and evaluation of student learning outcomes for an online course at the undergraduate level. It presents a series of lessons learned in order tp provide teachers with a synthetic understanding of the commonalities and distinctions between the traditional classroom and the electronic learning environments.
