Abstract

With the growing of the e-learning market, the customer requirements as well as the needs on the quality of service have increased a lot in recent years. A practitioner alone can no longer provide good service to customers. Alliance of e-learning practitioners is one of the major trends to provide better e-learning services to customers and increase the market share as a result. This article discusses the 3D collaborative model to offer the total e-learning services, and the successful alliance experience of academic institutions and commercial companies.
