The World Wide Web has become a widely available platform for educational application. Web based applications can provide an interactive learning environment where students build up their own knowledge However, web is often limited in guidance, navigation support and application of instructional strategies. Adaptive educational systems are capable of altering the presentation of the content, navigation and other characteristics of the hypermedia on the basis of a dynamic understanding of the individual learner. However most of the adaptive web based instructional applications have failed to incorporate valuable learning principles and instructional strategies. This paper presents new educational adaptive methods considering all aspect and component of a learning process. These methods could draw framework for future adaptive educational web application development
