eThemes: An Internet Instructional Resource Service

Describes eThemes, a project in Missouri that supports teachers in integrating Internet resources into the instructional process with a more constructivist approach. Explains the process that accepts requests from teachers, finds Web sites that meet the requirements specified, and creates an archive of quality Internet resources for easy access and searching.
