Abstract

The study provides a working guide on the designing and implementing of ICT based instructional delivery systems in University of Ibadan, Nigeria with emphasis on e-learning The study focused majorly on academic staff, technical support staff and students. Perception, awareness and readiness of these three categories of staff and student were examined.
