Abstract

This study is a work-in-progress that looks at effective online induction models for new science teachers. It intends to compare two different computer-mediated mentoring induction programs. Participants will be six new elementary teachers (K-8) and six experienced science teachers. Data will be collected through a pre and post questionnaire and interviews, semi-structured monthly interviews, classroom observations, and archived multi-texts.
