This paper aims to present a project that integrates electronic portfolios in the teacher education program at a private, liberal arts college in Northeast of the United States. The presenters will illustrate the strategies used for evaluating ePortfolio systems through the process of “collection, selection, and reflection”. They will demonstrate approaches to convert a paper portfolio to an ePortfolio including developing an electronic portfolio format, evaluation criteria, and review process. In addition, they will examine data collected from both teacher candidates and portfolio reviewers during the pilot phase of the project and the following semester after the pilot project. This session will be informative to faculty, ITS staff, and administration of institutions that are in the planning or beginning stage of ePortfolio adoption.
