The basic ICT educational needs is to enable students who are acquiring the ability to generate information voluntarily to reexamine generated information in relation with others in the future of Japanese higher education. In this paper, the authors developed the system named Cisty that was able to correspond flexibly according to teacher's various class policies. They introduced Cisty to basic ICT education classes and used the system for peer review and collaborative group learning. The authors examined the students' evaluation to the system based on their questionnaire survey. As for the system used inside the class, student attitudes were favorable. It is suggested that many students were able to inspect other students' excellent work effectively by the anonymous voting function. However, it was necessary to improve the details of function and interface.
