Abstract

PiccleForum provides an interpretive space for the construction of an intercultural critical literacy through asynchronous discussion about jointly experienced print, media, and multimedia texts. In the e-learning forum, international participants negotiate their interpretations, and construct expanded identities by generating a greater awareness of their own and others' cultural frameworks for interpretation.
