Abstract
After a learning intervention, it is expected for participants to transfer learning results to job related behaviors. In order for learning results to be transferred, the authors have introduced action plan in training curriculum. It may be complex for learning/training providers to collect feedback using the action plan, data analysis, and assessment. However, if assessment policy can be established, data collection and analysis become a routine work. To help this routine work, the authors have designed online follow-up system using action plan. The follow-up system is designed to be Web application so that will be platform independent system. The follow-up system is equipped with graphics generate tool so it is able to not only dynamically generate table but also chart. The system will collect feedback from participants and help training providers or evaluators to analyze collected data.
