Abstract

This paper presents a systematic methodology for digital knowledge content development for a knowledge management oriented e-learning platform, including its procedure, the goal, outputs, and related methods and technology of each step, to provide principles and guidance in digital knowledge content development. This research employs development of the digital knowledge content of an e-learning platform for mathematics teaching for students with mild disabilities as an example.
