Abstract
The focus of this case study is to take a closer look at the situation of technology integration in school environments and its influence on school personnel. Through interviews and observations in a public elementary school in Taiwan, the researcher found that technology-related anxieties include not only people's fear and resistance of using technology, but also the pressure that they have to use technology and the frustration after they use it. Findings of the study are discussed from three perspectives: school administrators, experienced teachers, and novice teachers to create a better understanding of how technology integration influence people differently in today's school environment.
