Abstract

Presenting a higher education case study from Mexico City, ITESM-CCM College, describing and analyzing quality issues in the blended learning and e-learning instructional model of the “Tecnológico de Monterrey”, Mexico City campus. The quality of blended learning and e-learning is a central issue for the sustainable delivery, development and future of technology-supported education. The presentation will comment on pedagogical and technological problems, difficulties, constraints, and successes related to educational quality issues that ITESM-CCM instructional model has when using both blended learning and e-learning approach.
