Abstract

This paper proposes to introduce teachers to a model on-line curriculum to train students for a future of computer-mediated democratic discourse and a software tool through which teachers can collaborate in optimizing this curriculum for their own communities and effectively train themselves in the skills and protocols required for on-line civic discourse.
