Abstract: This project consisted of designing and using a prototype relational database to manage data on various instructional variables for each graduate student in an Educational Leadership program. Data are used in making informed changes in courses, in assessing the program, and to provide objective information on the alignment of standards, related activities in courses, and assessment of standards achievement.
