Abstract
This paper addresses the effectiveness of three course delivery platforms used to provide coursework to teachers seeking alternative certification in special education. The platforms include, two-way, audio-visual, interactive teaching, web-based teaching, and traditional teaching. Demographic data as well as data on the effectiveness of each service delivery platform will be viewed. Data will be reviewed to determine which service delivery platform is most effective in preparing teachers to successfully complete required competency testing.
